Refund policy

XY Craft Studio generally does not accept returns, but please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

Digital item sales are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded. 

For orders of physical (non-digital) items, requests for order cancellation may be made before items have been shipped.
